Before sleep: dust the bed, recite Ayat al-Kursi and the Quls, and say "Bismika Allahumma amutu wa ahya." On waking: "Alhamdulillahil-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilayhin-nushur."
There is a dua for everything: thanking Allah for new clothes, asking beneficial rain, and the travel dua "Subhanal-ladhi sakhkhara lana hadha…" — a Muslim's day is stitched with remembrance.
