1. Using MuslimLearn
MuslimLearn is a free educational platform for learning Arabic reading, the Noorani Qaida, Tajweed rules, and memorization of Juz Amma. You may use it personally, and teachers may use it freely with their students, at no cost.
2. Our content
The lessons, explanations, games, exercises and original writing on this site were prepared by MuslimLearn. You may use them for teaching and personal study. Please do not republish substantial portions as your own work or resell them.
The Quran, recitation audio and fonts
The Quranic text is presented in the Hafs narration and is served, unmodified, by the Quran.com content API operated by the Quran Foundation. Recitation audio is streamed from the public EveryAyah archive; the recordings are by Shaykh al-Husary and Shaykh al-Minshawi and rights in them belong to their estates and publishers. Typefaces are open-source under the SIL Open Font License. Full attribution is on our credits page.
We stream this material for educational listening within this site. We do not sell it, rehost it, or redistribute it. If you hold rights in any of it and object to our use, contact us and we will act immediately.
Books described on this site
Our library contains original overviews written by MuslimLearn that describe the methods of well-known primers such as al-Qaida al-Baghdadia, Nour al-Bayan and Fath al-Rahman. These are our own descriptions of the teaching method, not reproductions of the printed books. Rights to those books belong to their authors and publishers, and we encourage you to buy an authorized copy.
3. Accuracy and religious content
We work carefully, but this site is a study aid, not a substitute for a qualified teacher. Tajweed in particular is learned properly by reciting to a teacher who can hear and correct you. Before relying on any text for final memorization, verify it against a printed, certified mushaf.
If you find an error in our content, please tell us — we take corrections seriously.
4. Your progress and data
Your progress is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We cannot recover it for you if it is lost. Please use the built-in Backup & Restore tool to keep a copy. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Do not post abusive, misleading, or unlawful content in the comment areas.
- Do not use the site to distribute content that misrepresents Islamic teachings.
We may remove comments that violate these terms.
6. Availability
The site is offered as-is and as-available, free of charge. We make no guarantee that it will always be online, error-free, or that the audio services it links to will remain available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MuslimLearn is not liable for any loss arising from use of this free service, including loss of locally stored progress.
