Is MuslimLearn really free?
Yes, entirely. There is no account, no trial, no locked lessons and no advertising. Private one-to-one lessons with a teacher are a separate optional service.
Do I need to know Arabic to start?
No. The course begins with the twenty-eight letters and assumes you know nothing. Reading the Quran and understanding Arabic are two different skills; this teaches the first.
How long will it take me to read the Quran?
For an adult studying most days, reading haltingly takes roughly three to six months and reading comfortably takes one to two years. Fifteen minutes daily beats two hours once a week.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, and it works offline once loaded. You can add it to your home screen like an app.
Is my child's progress private?
Completely. There is no server storing anything. Progress lives in your own browser and is never uploaded. You can export a backup file at any time.
